SUGAR BLEND THE RULES EYE SHADOW PALETTE - 01 VOGUE

I was recently on a hunt for a good eye shadow palette with basic warm and neutral colors in it and I came across this sugar blend the rules eye shadow palette in the shade 01 vogue. This palette is a perfect balance of 10 warm shades out of which 5 are matte shades and 5 are shimmer shades which is perfect for creating both day and night looks with it.

SUGAR BLEND THE RULES PALETTE - 01 VOGUE

Sugar blend the rules eye shadow palette comes in 2 shades Vogue and Firework. They are highly pigmented colors and they claim to be free from parabens, D5, oil, mineral oil, and nano ingredients.

I bought this palette to use it for a wedding and trust me on this when I say it lasted for the whole day without any touch ups. Eye shadow did not crease nor does have any fall outs throughout the day which is a bonus. The colors are very creamy, smooth and pigmented that you do not have to put extra effort to blend or to spray your eye shadow brushes with fix plus and then apply it on your eye lids for the color pay off. Usually the shimmer colors are chunky but its not the case with this palette. The quality easily comparable with any high end eye shadow palette.

SHIMMER SHADES

Speaking about the packaging, it feels rich even though its made up of hard cardboard. It comes with a mirror on the flap of the palette which can be useful if you are doing your makeup on the go in your car.

I wish they could have given names to each of these shades to explain it better for you guys.

The palette comes with an applicator with a round brush on one side and a doe tip sponge on the other side of it.

Like any other palette this applicator's quality is very bad and is of no use.

MATTE SHADES

The colors in the top line are normal everyday eye shadows with which you can create a day look and can work as a base eye shadow for any night look.

The lightest color in the shimmer eye shadow can also be used as a highlighter for your brow bone and highest points of your cheeks.

I use the peach and the brown color from the matte colors as base colors for the outer corners.

My favorite combination is to pair copper and gold shades from the shimmer colors with the peach and the brown shades from the matte colors for a festive look.

I know that its not a fairly new release in the market but quality over anything else. Right? I highly recommend you to buy this palette if you are looking for something fairly priced and has amazing quality.
