• I apply this product on my dry hair whenever I feel like my hair is a little frizzy. It does not completely take the frizz away but it does help a little for my hair to settle down for the time being

• But I mostly use it on my damp hair after a hair wash instead of a normal wash off conditioner. I don't use both at the same time it makes my hair oily faster

• I take a pea sized amount of this product, run it all over my hair strands below the length of my ear. I noticed that this product contains alcohol so I do not recommend you guys to apply this on your scalp

• I honestly do not think that it works as a heat protectant. Please use products that are specifically made for protecting your hair from heat.

TIPS:

1. You can use this product or any conditioner(leave - in or wash off) apply it completely to the lengths of your hair, leave it in your hair for about an hour or 2 and then shampoo. Use this tip if you hate oiling your hair before taking a shower. This tip leaves your hair soft and smooth as if you had oiled your hair the night before.

2. If you have wavy or curly hair, I recommend you to let it dry naturally. Do not use a comb or any heating tool before it dries off completely. This will leave your hair with that natural curls and texture. I would say ditch the comb completely if you can. Massage your scalp with your fingers once in a while if you need that blood flow.

3. Always take a cold shower. It closes your hair cuticles which makes your hair less frizzy. Its better not to burn your hair even in the shower.

4. Also, if you are someone like me who has very frizzy hair and your hair doesn't look manageable at all right after the shower, try taking a shower the night before and go to bed. You'll wake up with much more manageable hair. Give some time for your scalp to produce its natural oils. The more natural oils produced, the better your hair will look. Of course, to a certain extent!

5. Apply homemade hair packs at least 2-3 times in a month to maintain the overall health of your hair and eat mindfully. Also, consult a doctor if you have extreme hair fall or other hair issues. Do not rely on such products. Some things can only be cured internally.
